Visitors of www.rigassatiksme.lv mostly interested in route changes

"Rīgas satiksme" held a regular opinion poll on its website in October to find out more about the habits of the website visitors and followers of social network accounts and also what kind of published information they are mostly interested in. A majority of respondents, 744 or 75%, say they pay more attention to changes of public transport routes and schedules.

A minority of respondents, 14% or 251, pay more attention to practical information on the use of public transport. 11% or 83 respondents are interested about other kinds of information: history of "Rīgas satiksme" (3%), news about the latest events in "Rīgas satiksme" (2%) and interviews with the company’s staff (1%). 4% said they would choose another option for answer. 1120 respondents participated in the opinion poll.

All "Rīgas satiksme" news stories are published on the company’s website, in rubrics "News". The information on the website always appears before it is published elsewhere. All news are also republished in social networks: "twitter", "facebook" and "draugiem.lv".
